It's a very easy word to say, A word we take for granted. 
Life gets you down, Life brings you up. 
But if you remain strong in spirit, You will always triumph.
Show your spirit in any way you
possibly can on a daily basis. 
Smile at a Child. 
Smell a Flower. 
Dance in the Rain. 
Hug a Friend. 
Do something for the Homeless.  Dedicate a Poem to someone you Love. 
Remember, The only thing that's left on a battlefield after a fight is... 
SPIRIT!!
